Step 1: Open Internet Explorer

Step 2: Click link to the right or in the address bar, enter this address - ftp://www.onlinefilefolder.com

Step 3: When prompted, enter your username and password
(both are case sensitive)

Step 4: To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer: press Alt, click View, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.

Step 5: Uploading to the server -
Drag and drop the selected files and/or folders (into folder with name, or make one yourself) into the FTP window
OR
right click on the highlighted items you want to upload and select copy... Then you go back to the FTP window and right click again and select paste. You will see the transfer progress when the transfer progress window appears. Please Note: For uploads done on the Mac OSX platform you maybe need to use an FTP client progrem such as Fetch or Transmit.

Downloading from the Server - Files can not be opened directly through the browser and must be downloaded to a local folder on your hard drive. Select the desired files and/or folder in the FTP window and right click on the highlighted items. Then select Copy to Folder.... Select the desired download location by using the browse for folder...window that appears. After you have selected your download directory, press OK.
